  Includes study of information collected in the research phase,

  development of program goals and objectives, and exploration of possibilities.

 

SYNTHESIS

  Includes development of schematic studies, comparative analysis,

  construction feasability, preliminary plan development, and cost estimation.

 

CONSTRUCTION

  Includes preparation of construction drawings, contract award, project

  supervision, and final inspection.

 

OPERATION

  Includes ongoing consultation and maintenance.
